For the Christ has set us free, stand firm , therefore ,and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery ( Gala 5 :1 )
Well Today is very special day for each and every Indians . This day brings the Remembrance of 1947 August 15 , So Today very special day for us. This day we could salute the freedom fighters who sacrificed their there lives for the freedom of India. and we are not only celebrating but we are affirming that we are freed and no one can rule over us, I glad that I am Indian and my prayer to God is that India may develop with new blessings that God is giving to India .And I wish Blessings to all my Indian Friends.
So let’s think about ourselves , Are we free from the Slavery, Yea I know obviously there will be a question that you would ask me What is slavery ? Slavery and Slaves are mastered by someone else and who are not working for themselves but for others .Sometimes we come to the shoes of slaves who work for others by giving our lives others using for the Perishable things of the world.
We should understand that our lives are gift from God .we need to live the life that God has given us.We are being the slave or Being under slavery when we are not living our lives with purpose. The Bible says when we commit sins we being Slave to Sin (John 8:34 )(Galatians 5:19-21) In this passages we can see that it talks about Life without purpose and living according to the pleasures of this world. But we commit sin we have the right that God has given through His only one Son Jesus and through his blood of Christ which cleanse from the all kinds of sins of this world (1John 1:7b ). And he has given His Holy spirit . So that we may live a good and purposeful life that God has given us. When allow Holy spirit to work in our lives we will not be slaves any more. and the love, joy, peace, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and Self-Control. These things will help us to live a good life and these are offered by Holy spirit .so Let’s welcome the Holy spirit to work in our lives for a purposeful life ,One more time that Christ has set us free the slavery of sin. and let’s not be slaves of this sins, and live with the freedom that God has given us through his Son Jesus Christ, Who died on the Cross for you and me and for this sinning and Perishing World. Through our lives we can bring a transformation to this world .
